Description
Our client, a Fortune 50 Financial Services Firm, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for their Woodbridge, NJ location. This role has a focus on both implementation and Customizations.
7-10 years of Sales Force exp, this is a more senior role.
Core Technical Skills
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in:
• Apex (triggers, classes, batch jobs).
• Visualforce , Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Salesforce configuration (workflows, process builder, flows).
• Salesforce Data Modeling
• Salesforce DX
• Salesforce FSC
• Strong SOQL/SOSL skills.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, Dev Console.
Platform Experience
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Experience with MuleSoft (a plus for integrations).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring (for secure environments).
Certifications Preferred
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II.
• Salesforce Admin or App Builder.
• Any specialization in Financial Services Cloud or Experience Cloud.
Soft Skills And Business Acumen
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to work with business users, BAs, and architects to translate requirements.
• Financial industry experience, especially in commercial, retail banking, or wealth, is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
